Owen G. Shell, Jr. currently serves as the Company's non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Shell has over 40 years of executive management experience in the banking industry.

He served as president of the Asset Management Group of Bank of America Corporation from November 1996 until his retirement in June 2001. From 1986 through 1996, Mr. Shell served as the president of Bank of America for the Tennessee region. Prior to that, Mr. Shell held several positions, including chairman, president and chief executive officer of First American National Bank in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mr. Shell is a director of Central Parking Corporation, a publicly-traded company that owns, leases and manages parking facilities.
