LifePoint Hospitals Grows Operations Leadership

LifePoint Hospitals®, a leading hospital company focused on providing quality healthcare services close to home, recently announced the addition of Paul Cleckner as Vice President of Operations and Process Initiatives.

Cleckner, who has more than 30 years of operations and management experience, will oversee the selection and execution of strategic business initiatives at the company’s Hospital Support Center in Brentwood. He comes to LifePoint from Medical Reimbursements of America, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Previously, Cleckner was with North Highland Consulting, where he developed and led their Strategic Growth Services practice, a new service line for the company’s Nashville office. Throughout his career, Cleckner has served in a number of other leadership roles for key organizations, including Senior Vice President of Emdeon Business Services, the nation’s largest healthcare revenue cycle management and solutions provider, COO of Asurion Managed Wireless and President and COO of Investment Score Card.
Cleckner earned his law degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and his bachelor’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville.
