Physician Leadership Council
LifePoint appreciates the importance of learning from the experiences of our physicians. In 2009, we established the Physician Leadership Council, an advisory group of 12 physician leaders who are dedicated to improving care across our network of hospitals. They provide LifePoint with insight into the healthcare needs of their communities and act as an important voice regarding the opportunities and challenges faced by medical professionals, patients and hospitals.
Led by LifePoint Chief Medical Officer Dr. Lanny Copeland, the Council includes physician leaders from a cross-section of LifePoint’s hospitals around the nation:
